1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a sports event, casino game, togel draw, or other gambling activity offered on the abs888 platform.
• "RTP" refers to Return to Player, the theoretical percentage of wagered money that a game will return to players over time.

2. Eligibility & Jurisdiction

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any abs888 service. abs888 strictly enforces this age requirement and will request government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license) during the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction & Residency

abs888 services are intended for users residing in Indonesia. By using the platform, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of account registration and during all gaming sessions. You acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local laws and regulations, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of abs888 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

abs888 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, you must not register an account or use abs888 services. abs888 reserves the right to verify your location at any time and to suspend accounts that violate this provision.

2.4 Capacity to Contract

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be under any legal, financial, or mental incapacity that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the abs888 platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If abs888 detects multiple accounts registered by the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended, and any funds or winnings forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information Requirement

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the account registration process. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 KYC Verification

abs888 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document (for enhanced verification)

abs888 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted until KYC verification is complete. You agree to provide all requested documentation within 7 calendar days of the request.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether the activity was authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify abs888 customer support.

3.5 Account Inactivity

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months, abs888 may classify it as a dormant account and may charge a monthly administrative fee. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abs888 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). abs888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 10.000 to Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits are set to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process. Withdrawal limits are subject to your account tier and KYC verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Bank Transfers: 1 to 24 hours, depending on your bank's clearing schedule

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

5.3 Bonus Abuse

abs888 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Using betting strategies designed solely to exploit bonus funds (e.g., opposite betting, arbitrage betting)
• Placing bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements (e.g., low-risk bets on roulette covering most outcomes)

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses expire after a specified validity period, typically ranging from 3 to 30 days. Once a bonus expires, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Validity periods are stated in the bonus terms at the time of acceptance.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

abs888 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at its sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled or modified. If a bet is placed in error, contact customer support immediately; however, abs888 is under no obligation to void the bet.

6.2 Betting Limits

abs888 imposes minimum and maximum betting limits on all markets. These limits vary by sport, league, market type, and your account status. High-stakes players may request increased limits by contacting VIP customer support.

6.3 Settlement of Bets

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, BRI Liga 1 authorities). In the event of a disputed result, abs888 will wait for the official confirmation before settling bets. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are final once the result is displayed.

6.4 Voided Bets

abs888 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Technical error or system malfunction resulting in incorrect odds
• Event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment (specific rules vary by sport)
• Detection of fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or collusion

6.5 Live Betting

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fraudulent Behaviour

You must not engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts

7.2 Arbitrage Betting

7.3 Insider Knowledge

7.4 Money Laundering

abs888 has a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering. Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering purposes will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

While abs888 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. abs888 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from platform downtime.

8.2 No Warranties

The abs888 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. abs888 makes no warranty that the platform will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8.3 Financial Loss

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. abs888 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and your use of responsible gaming tools.

8.4 Third-Party Services

abs888 integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and sports data feeds. abs888 is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party service providers.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by abs888

abs888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe

9.2 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

If you wish to voluntarily close your account or self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please contact customer support. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 9.3 Outstanding Balances

If your account is suspended or terminated, abs888 will review your account balance. If you have a legitimate outstanding balance (funds that are not subject to wagering requirements or investigation), abs888 will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method. However, if the suspension is due to fraudulent activity or breach of terms, abs888 reserves the right to forfeit all funds.

All content on the abs888 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, images, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of abs888 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the abs888 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code
• Use the abs888 brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

11.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute arising from your use of the abs888 platform must be brought within six (6) months from the date the issue arose. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
